- Kforce has a client seeking a Remote Organizational Change Manager on a contract basis. The Manager will be tasked with creating the global change management strategy, determine change impact across functions, as well as create integrated communication plan across all transformation workstreams. This role will also develop templates for consistent messaging and Establish agendas, objectives, and expected outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management
- Experience supporting global system implementations
- Strong executive communication capabilities
- Experience designing training and adoption strategies
- Able to work cross-functionally across business and IT
- Able to problem solve and multi-task
