• Accountabilities Assist with assessments of needs and co-create solutions. Implement initiatives that support workflow design and cultural adaptations. Plan and facilitate learning workshops and conversations for leaders and caregivers. Leverage AI, design thinking, and adult learning strategies to enhance capabilities. Translate complex concepts into practical tools and materials. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement change and technology solutions. Coordinate and track progress on large projects and support deliverables. Foster a collaborative mindset in all interactions.
• Requirements Experience in organizational change management and adoption. Familiarity with learning and facilitation methods. Knowledge of workforce design principles and workflow improvement. Project management experience, particularly with small projects. Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders. Experience working in a matrixed organization. Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable outputs. Understanding of basic data and metrics to inform decision making.
