- Develop and execute data-driven paid marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking
- Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve conversion rates and overall campaign efficiency
- Create high-converting ad copies and collaborate on creative assets aligned with campaign objectives
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates
- Handle technical implementation of tracking systems, including pixel setup, event tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion APIs
- Use analytics tools to conduct full-funnel performance analysis and identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare regular reports and performance forecasts, providing actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes
- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, paid media, and analytics to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and other paid channels
