Paid Media Specialist
Job Description
Paid Media Specialist — Reunion Marketing
Remote or hybrid (US) · Full time · Paid Media team · Automotive
Make every dealer's ad dollar work harder
Reunion Marketing runs Google, Meta, and Microsoft ads for automotive dealerships across the country. You will own a portfolio of more than 200 dealers: building and tuning their campaigns, reading the numbers, and sitting down with each one every month to show them what is working and what comes next.
This is a client-facing seat on a close team. You will talk with dealers, work side by side with our SEO and Client Success teams every day, and keep a lot of accounts moving at once. If you like variety, people, and a well-organized plan, you will fit right in.
What your days look like
- A full, busy portfolio. You manage 50+ dealer accounts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising in the Fluency platform: budgets, bids, search terms, audiences, creative, and inventory updates.
- A steady monthly rhythm. Every account gets the same optimization checklist each month, and every budget lands on plan. You keep the plates spinning and nothing slips.
- Monthly dealer conversations. You lead each dealer's performance review in plain language: what happened, what it means, and what we recommend.
- Reports people trust. You build the monthly reporting package from platform and GA4 data so every number is right and every recommendation ties to a result.
- A real team. You stay in close contact with Client Success, so they hear about risks and wins from you before the client brings them up. You share what you learn with the Paid Media team and help improve our templates and standards.
- Backup when you need it. For complex tracking, GA4, or feed problems, you have a senior specialist to escalate to. You handle the routine fixes and keep the account moving.
How success is measured
You will know exactly where you stand. We track cost per lead against each dealer's target, lead volume and return on ad spend, budget pacing, how consistently each account gets its monthly optimization, the quality and timing of your client reviews, how early you flag concerns to Client Success, and whether your dealers stay with us.
This role fits you if
- You like working with people and are at your best on a team, not off on your own.
- You enjoy a day full of variety and lots of accounts more than one long, repetitive task.
- You are naturally organized and you keep track of the details.
- You read people well, and you can walk a dealer through the numbers so they leave the call confident.
- You move quickly and like being the one who keeps everyone informed.
- You want your work to be noticed, and you want a clear path to the next title.
What you bring
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience
- Automotive digital marketing experience
- Agency experience managing a multi-client portfolio
- Proficiency in GA4
- Experience in the Fluency platform
A plus: OEM co-op program experience, Microsoft Advertising, Google Merchant Center and vehicle inventory feeds, and Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Blueprint certifications.
Where this role leads
This seat typically leads to Senior Paid Media Specialist in 18 to 24 months, and later to Paid Media Team Lead or Client Success Manager. Hit your portfolio targets, earn your dealers' trust, and help coach a newer teammate, and the next step is yours.
What we offer
- Remote or hybrid work, your choice
- A close, collaborative team that works across Paid Media, SEO, and Client Success
- A team that lives by Grit, Elevating Others, Embracing Growth, and Continuous Improvement
