- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a P&C Licensed Insurance CSR based in United States. This fully remote role combines customer service, insurance expertise, and consultative sales in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will help customers identify membership and insurance solutions that align with their needs while delivering a consistently positive experience. The position involves quoting, policy servicing, payments, endorsements, and resolving questions across a range of insurance-related interactions. You will also identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable rules. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential as you navigate multiple systems and customer needs simultaneously. After comprehensive paid training, you will transition into a structured production schedule with evening hours and rotating Saturday coverage. This is an opportunity to use your P&C license to build customer relationships, support sales performance, and grow within a large service-focused organization.
- Accountabilities Provide accurate insurance quotes by applying applicable underwriting rules, business requirements, discounts, and rating guidelines to complete sales. Rewrite and reinstate insurance policies in accordance with established underwriting and business rules. Complete membership and insurance applications, endorsements, change forms, and other policy documentation accurately and efficiently. Accept and process customer payments at the point of sale while maintaining accurate account information. Provide responsive, customer-focused service through insurance and membership interactions, addressing questions, concerns, and complaints professionally. Conduct outbound follow-up calls to customers when additional information, clarification, or resolution is required. Respond to inquiries from sales representatives, insureds, mortgage companies, and other stakeholders regarding ratings, premiums, billing issues, cancellations, payments, and policy information. Process policy changes, endorsements, coverage updates, and account status changes accurately and within established service standards. Identify appropriate opportunities to cross-sell insurance, membership, and related services based on customer needs. Assist agents and internal teams in resolving technical and business-related issues. Support other customer interaction functions when needed to help maintain service quality and a seamless customer experience. Navigate multiple applications and information sources simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and a high standard of customer care. Participate fully in required training and maintain the knowledge and licensing necessary to perform the role effectively. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent GED required. Current Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance license required. Ability to obtain and maintain applicable state membership licenses when required by the department. Demonstrated experience providing high-quality, customer-focused service in a professional environment. Experience navigating a Windows-based PC environment and working across multiple applications and information sources. Ability to interpret and apply information from multiple systems while managing concurrent customer needs. Experience handling monetary transactions, including entering payment information and adjusting account balances. Demonstrated ability to cross-sell products or services based on customer needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain insurance products, coverage, pricing, and processes clearly. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment. Ability to work effectively in a fully remote call center environment and communicate professionally through digital channels. Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Preferred: college-level coursework, professional certification, or equivalent continuing education. Preferred: experience managing simultaneous customer interactions across voice, chat, and email while maintaining a consistent and seamless customer experience. Ability and willingness to complete required training; attendance throughout the training period is critical for continued employment. Benefits Compensation: Starting rate of $21.75 per hour, plus bonuses and sales incentives. Overtime: Potential to earn overtime at one-and-a-half times the regular hourly rate. Paid training: Fully paid training beginning October 12, 2026. Sign-on bonus: $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying new-to-the-organization licensed P&C agents. Work arrangement: Fully remote position.
