This role is focused on driving indirect revenue growth by building, scaling, and optimizing a strong partner ecosystem across a defined territory. You will act as a key connector between internal sales teams and external partners, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and consistent pipeline generation. The position requires a strategic yet hands-on approach to partner recruitment, enablement, co-selling, and long-term relationship management. You will be responsible for developing and executing regional partner strategies that accelerate sales performance and expand market reach. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help strengthen partner capability, increase engagement, and improve overall revenue contribution. This is a high-impact channel sales role where relationship building and execution directly influence regional growth and commercial success.
- Accountabilities: Own and execute regional partner strategy to drive pipeline generation and indirect revenue growth. Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners across the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and executive leadership. Develop joint business plans and co-selling strategies with partners to accelerate sales performance. Collaborate with partner marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive demand and revenue. Enable partners through training, coaching, and ongoing support to strengthen product understanding and positioning. Align closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a unified go-to-market approach. Present solutions at partner events and represent the organization within the partner ecosystem. Monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue contribution to ensure target achievement. Foster a collaborative, metrics-driven partner environment focused on long-term growth. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales roles in a technology environment. Proven track record of building and managing value-added partner ecosystems in North America. Strong ability to drive indirect revenue and consistently exceed sales quotas. Experience in hybrid sales models combining direct and indirect channel strategies. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and executive influence skills. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into tactical execution. Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication, presentation, and business development skills. Ability to identify, recruit, and grow high-performing partners. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 50% as required. Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from 94,500 USD to 135,000 USD depending on experience and location.
