About Us

The Ammortal Chamber brings together multiple scientifically backed technologies into one experience. The Chamber integrates science-backed modalities into one immersive session, designed for wellness clinics, professional and collegiate sports facilities, specialty spas, and the home.

We are a small team with a startup culture. After our first full year shipping a finished product on the market, we’ve shown strong growth. Our team is made up of engineers, health professionals, and startup entrepreneurs.

As we continue expanding, this role offers hands-on experience, opportunities to grow into leadership, and the chance to make a tangible impact by developing and delivering cutting-edge wellness technology. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to innovate and shape technologies that enhance well-being for our clients.

What is this role and why does it exist?

The Partner Operations Manager owns the journey from signed deal to a partner who is fully up and running. This role is first and foremost about fulfillment: making sure installs are ready, on time, and set up correctly, then handing the accounts off cleanly to Partner Success. You'll keep Sales, Operations, and Partner Success moving in the same direction on the same dates, so every partner gets one clear path from commitment to activation. Beyond each deal, you'll own the fulfillment process itself, from the runbook and HubSpot pipeline to the reporting that shows where things slow down, and you'll keep improving it as we grow. This role strengthens the foundation of Ammortal's mission to unlock human potential by making sure each Chamber arrives ready to deliver an exceptional experience from day one.

Responsibilities:

Deal handoff and terms

  • Pick up every deal automatically at commitment
  • Verify order, configuration, and payment terms against what was sold
  • Carry purchase agreement revisions through Legal to signature
  • Run the partner kickoff with Sales and the PSM
  • Enforce approved pricing and promotions

Install readiness

  • Own the site readiness checklist: electrical, clearance, floor load, access, and freight
  • Coordinate prerequisites, crew availability, and delivery windows with Operations and Field Service
  • Own every customer-facing date through install and onsite training
  • Run the Install Readiness Gate, with authority to hold a date until requirements are met

Activation and closeout

  • Coordinate install day logistics with the partner
  • Complete commercial closeout with Finance: payment reconciliation, invoicing, HubSpot asset capture, warranty registration, and filed sign-offs
  • Track payment milestones and nudge partners ahead of due dates, handing late payments to Finance
  • Confirm Onboarding Complete with the PSM and hand off the account

Process, systems, and reporting

  • Own the fulfillment pipeline in HubSpot, partnering with RevOps on how it evolves
  • Maintain one fulfillment checklist and runbook
  • Report on cycle time, gate holds, rework, and on-time installs
  • Run a regular improvement cadence and feed what fulfillment can deliver back to Sales
  • Partner with Ammortal's AI team on fulfillment tooling

Skills to Excel

  • Systems thinking: seeing how one missed step ripples across teams, and fixing the process, not just the instance
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, with nothing left to chance between commitment and Onboarding Complete
  • Clear, proactive communication that keeps partners and internal teams aligned without being chased
  • A bias toward continuous improvement, using data to spot friction and make each fulfillment smoother than the last
  • Positive demeanor, even when faced with operational challenges and various clients scenarios
  • Calm, confident judgment when holding a line with various internal departments

What Technical Knowledge Do You Need to Perform in This Role?

Required

  • Working fluency in a CRM as a system of record: stages, required fields, task automation, and pipeline reporting
  • Daily use of AI as a force multiplier, such as checklist scoring, redline review, partner communication drafting, and catching missed handoffs

Preferred

  • HubSpot experience
  • Asana (or a similar cross-department project management system)

Qualifications (Must haves)

  • 4+ years in operations, fulfillment, project coordination, or post-sale delivery, including work tied to fixed install or delivery dates
  • Ownership of a cross-functional process where you led through influence rather than direct authority
  • Comfort holding a date: telling Sales a confirmed date isn't going out yet, and keeping the relationship strong afterward
  • Clear written communication and the discipline to document decisions where others can find them

Qualifications (Nice to haves)

  • Experience in physical product, capital equipment, commercial fitness, hospitality, or wellness, where delivery involves site conditions, freight, and a crew
  • Built an SOP or runbook from scratch and got others to actually use it
