Job Description

Position: Personal Assistant (ABA)

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Location: Full-Time, Remote (South Africa)

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to support a busy executive in a fast-paced environment. This role combines executive support, stakeholder communication, onboarding coordination, lead management, and administrative operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and confidently engage with patients, families, and internal stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and email communications
  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support
  • Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including paperwork and account creation across internal systems
  • Support lead management and follow-up activities
  • Maintain accurate records and operational documentation
  • Assist with light social media content creation and posting
  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative challenges

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Interest in the ABA field or healthcare administration is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accountability
  • Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience with CRM platforms and administrative systems is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
