In this role, you will provide exceptional service to Polish-speaking clients, helping them navigate insurance products, claims, and policy inquiries with professionalism and care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance products, claims, and policy details.
  • Assist customers in understanding coverage, processing claims, and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and complex cases.
  • Stay informed about insurance products, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service procedures and client satisfaction.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital support tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
