Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking Fitbit users regarding fitness tracking and wellness features.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, software, and hardware issues for a wide range of fitness and wellness wearables.
- Promote a healthy lifestyle by educating customers on the advanced tracking features of their devices.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic, personalized solutions in the fitness & wellness space.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on the latest developments within the fitness technology ecosystem.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to product improvements in the wellness industry.
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Passionate interest in the fitness & wellness industry and modern wearable technology.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to help others improve their health through technology.
- Ability to relocate to Sofia for this Polish Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is highly preferred but not required.
