Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support and assistance to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer suitable solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and procedures to provide knowledgeable support.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Bulgarian is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and standard office applications.
- Adaptability and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation expenses fully covered.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
