In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to innovative AI products and technology solutions.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you help clients navigate our offerings, troubleshoot issues, and effectively respond to their questions regarding product features and usage. You will play a significant part in ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting technological advancements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding AI and technology inquiries
- Assist customers with technical support, product information, and troubleshooting
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions
- Gather customer feedback to help inform improvements in our products and services
- Stay informed about the latest trends in AI and technology advancements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the technology sector, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Genuine interest in AI and technology, eager to assist customers in utilizing our products
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
