Contribute to thought leadership through publications, presentations, industry engagement, and client-facing content development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience; advanced degrees are a plus. 12+ years of experience in AEC, consulting, or professional services, with strong expertise in telecom, ICT, structured cabling, or low-voltage systems. Industry certifications such as RCDD (required), with EIT, PE, CDT, or PMP considered strong assets. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $145,000–$180,000 annually, based on experience and expertise. Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans for employees and dependents. 401(k) plan with profit-sharing contributions. Flexible time off policy for exempt employees, plus nine paid company holidays. Paid parental leave and family support benefits. Short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and additional voluntary coverage options. Lifestyle, legal, and pet benefits to support overall wellbeing. Performance-based bonus eligibility.
