You will define product strategy for core EXAScaler domains, influencing how massive AI and HPC workloads are stored, accessed, and optimized. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, customers, and executive stakeholders to translate complex technical challenges into clear, outcome-driven roadmaps. You will act as a key product authority in strategic customer engagements, helping shape solutions for AI-driven and data-intensive workloads. The environment is highly technical, fast-moving, and deeply innovation-focused, with significant visibility across both internal leadership and external partners. This is a high-impact opportunity to directly influence the evolution of next-generation data infrastructure at scale.
  • Accountabilities: Define and lead the multi-release product strategy and roadmap for EXAScaler domains, aligning long-term vision with execution priorities across engineering teams. Translate strategic goals into clear, outcome-based roadmaps, PRDs, and user stories with measurable success criteria. Partner closely with engineering leadership on architecture decisions, sequencing, and trade-offs between innovation, scalability, and technical debt. Engage directly with enterprise customers and partners in executive-level discussions, roadmap reviews, and solution design for large-scale AI and HPC deployments. Drive competitive positioning and market differentiation through win/loss analysis, pricing and packaging input, and product strategy refinement. Leverage product analytics, customer insights, and financial data to inform investment decisions and prioritize high-impact initiatives. Requirements The ideal candidate brings deep experience in infrastructure or platform product management, particularly in environments supporting large-scale data, AI, or HPC workloads. They combine strong technical fluency with strategic thinking and executive communication skills, and are comfortable influencing cross-functional teams in highly complex environments. 12+ years of product management experience in infrastructure, storage, data platforms, HPC, or cloud services. Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable products from concept through launch and iteration. Strong ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria tied to measurable outcomes. Experience collaborating with engineering, sales, solutions architects, and enterprise customers on technical product engagements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Strong plus: experience with AI/ML data infrastructure, parallel file systems, cloud-native architectures, or Kubernetes environments. Background in distributed storage or enterprise infrastructure products is highly valued.
