Proven background in cloud-native technologies and distributed systems, including Kubernetes, Azure, AKS, or similar environments. Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with AI-driven architectures, agentic systems, or AI APIs is highly valued. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and commitment to engineering excellence and operational reliability. Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $160,200 to $425,000 annually depending on experience, location, and qualifications Eligibility for annual bonuses, stock awards, and additional performance-based incentives Fully remote work opportunity within the United States Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Generous learning, development, and career growth opportunities Collaborative and inclusive engineering culture focused on innovation and impact Flexible work environment designed to support work-life balance Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI, identity, and cloud technologies at global scale.
