Job Description

We are seeking a Product Development Lead for our client — a fast-growing e‑commerce brand scaling across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. This is a strategic role designed to reduce dependency on a single hero product and establish a repeatable, systematic product launch process that drives long-term growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end product development: idea generation, market research, supplier sourcing, sample management, and launch execution.

  • Build scalable systems: SOPs, playbooks, and pipeline trackers to ensure repeatable success.

  • Lead supplier negotiations, manage quotes and samples, and maintain supplier databases.

  • Execute product launches on Amazon: PPC strategy, Vine enrollment, coupon campaigns, and A/B content testing.

  • Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations (Go/No-Go) and stand behind decisions.

  • Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly portfolio reviews to leadership.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven track record of Amazon product launches from research through to successful sales.

  • Expert-level Helium 10 proficiency (Black Box, Cerebro, Magnet, Xray) — able to teach others.

  • Strong financial acumen: ability to build and interpret P&L, calculate margins, ROI, and COGS.

  • Hands-on supplier management experience: Alibaba sourcing, negotiations, quotes, and sample evaluation.

  • Launch execution expertise: PPC campaigns, Vine enrollment, coupon strategies, and A/B testing.

  • Process builder mindset: creation of SOPs, playbooks, and scalable systems.

  • Deep understanding of Amazon competitive dynamics: BSR, review velocity, launch costs, PPC requirements.

  • Excellent written English communication skills for reports, briefs, and supplier correspondence.

🌟 Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in kitchenware, homeware, or cooking categories.

  • Background working with brands generating $1M+ revenue on Amazon (not only agency-side).

  • Prior involvement in building launch playbooks or SOPs.

  • Familiarity with Titan Network frameworks (States & Drivers, Roger’s launch template).

  • Basic knowledge of logistics and operations (FBA, 3PL, freight).

  • Awareness of TikTok Shop product trends.

🤝 Soft Skills

  • Resilient and persistent — does not stop at obstacles, drives products to market.

  • Creative yet practical — generates ideas and finds actionable solutions.

  • Analytical thinker — delivers clear recommendations, not just raw data.

  • Accountable — stands behind Go/No-Go decisions with confidence.

  • Highly organized — manages multiple product pipelines and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong communicator — produces clear briefs and negotiates effectively in English.

🎯 Ideal Candidate

The ideal hire is a builder, not a reporter: someone who identifies challenges and proposes solutions. They think like an investor (evaluating risk and potential), act like a founder (owning execution and outcomes), and design systems that scale beyond their individual contribution.

💡 Benefits

  • 2-week paid trial period.

  • Performance bonus opportunities tied to successful product launches.

  • Long-term role — building a 10-year company, not a short-term project.

  • Flexible time off: 7 days for part-time and 14 days for full-time, usable for vacation, sick leave, or national holidays (no mandatory US holiday schedule).

  • Structured incentive plans including monthly and quarterly bonuses based on performance and brand priorities.
