This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and technical execution, driving the development of digital products across the insurance value chain. You will shape product vision and roadmap decisions while working closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver impactful solutions. The position involves leading discovery efforts, identifying user needs, and translating insights into actionable product requirements. You will also play a key role in experimentation, prioritization, and iterative delivery within an agile environment. This is a highly collaborative role focused on improving customer and agent experiences across quoting, servicing, underwriting, and claims workflows. It offers strong visibility across product and business teams, with direct influence on product outcomes and long-term strategy. - Accountabilities: Lead product discovery efforts by conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and synthesizing insights to define user needs and opportunities. Collaborate with design, engineering, and analytics teams to run experiments and validate product assumptions. Capture, refine, and prioritize enhancement requests while ensuring alignment with underlying user problems and business goals. Define product strategy and maintain a clear one-year roadmap aligned with broader portfolio objectives. Translate business outcomes into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable success indicators. Work in agile delivery cycles by coordinating sprint planning, tracking progress, and managing dependencies across teams. Partner with analytics teams to define tracking requirements and measure product adoption, performance, and user experience. Support product releases through documentation, release notes, and stakeholder communication during rollout phases. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of product management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. Strong understanding of product discovery, agile delivery, and modern product development practices. Experience defining product metrics and using data to guide decisions and measure success. Ability to translate complex problems into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Experience working in agile environments with active product roadmaps and iterative delivery cycles. Preferred experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance or related insurance technology ecosystems. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize competing opportunities effectively.
