Transform behavioral data and market findings into actionable insights that inform business strategy, product roadmaps, and cross-functional decision-making. Product Discovery and Solution Validation: Establish a structured research and discovery process in partnership with Product Management and Marketing to validate customer problems, test proposed solutions, and identify opportunities for innovation. Develop and manage a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program involving healthcare practice stakeholders to gather ongoing feedback and strategic guidance. Vertical Insights and Positioning: Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and user personas across key healthcare segments and partner audiences. Analyze healthcare workflows, customer needs, and purchasing behaviors to develop differentiated positioning and messaging tailored to each audience. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape across healthcare communications and practice management technology. Translate competitive insights into actionable sales battlecards, targeted marketing campaigns, differentiation strategies, and product roadmap recommendations. Internal and Partner Enablement: Equip Sales, Customer Experience, and partner teams with effective enablement materials, sales guides, case studies, and customer proof points to support conversion and strengthen opportunities across priority healthcare verticals. EHR/PMS Ecosystem and Partner Marketing: Collaborate with Partnerships teams to develop co-marketing strategies for integrations with electronic health record (EHR) and practice management software (PMS) providers. Create campaigns that leverage partner channels to generate qualified leads, expand reach, and drive mutual pipeline growth. Growth and Revenue Optimization: Use product analytics and funnel performance data to identify opportunities for improved feature adoption, conversion, customer expansion, and revenue growth. Align marketing initiatives with measurable business outcomes, including pipeline velocity and annual recurring revenue (ARR). Requirements: Professional Experience: 3–8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of owning marketing initiatives for a specific industry vertical, product line, or business unit. Market Research Expertise: Strong experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, customer interviews, focus groups, measurement tools, and data analysis. Familiarity with research platforms such as Qualtrics is an advantage. Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of healthcare practice operations, patient journey touchpoints, and the EHR/EMR technology landscape. Familiarity with dental technology, patient communications, or healthcare practice management software is a plus. Product-Led Growth (PLG): Experience working with product-led growth funnels and using analytics platforms such as Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to measure feature adoption, understand user behavior, and optimize growth loops. Data-Driven Marketing Mindset: Ability to combine compelling messaging and positioning with analytical rigor. Comfortable measuring marketing effectiveness through pipeline velocity, conversion rates, customer expansion, and vertical-specific ARR. Lifecycle and Expansion Marketing: Experience in customer marketing, cross-selling, upselling, customer migration, or retention campaigns, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Growth Engineers, Sales Leaders, and external partners without relying on formal authority. Technical and Marketing Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, survey platforms, interview-recording tools, data analytics solutions, and internal sales enablement tools. Strategic Thinking and Execution: Strong problem-solving skills, a bias for action, and the ability to simplify complex challenges, identify long-term opportunities, and deliver sustainable solutions. Full-Time Employment: Opportunity to contribute to strategic product marketing initiatives within the healthcare technology sector. Professional Growth: Exposure to AI-powered healthcare solutions, product-led growth strategies, customer research, and cross-functional leadership. Strategic Impact: Opportunity to influence product development, market positioning, partner marketing, and revenue growth through customer-driven insights.
