Production Planner / Scheduler

We're hiring a Production Planner to coordinate manufacturing schedules and keep output aligned with demand. You'll balance capacity, materials, and priorities to keep the plant running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are available for scheduled runs
• Adjust schedules in response to equipment downtime, staffing, or order changes
• Track work order progress and communicate timelines to stakeholders

What you bring:

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or a related role
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve under shifting priorities
