  • Amazon Devices & Services is an inventive research and development company that designs and engineers high-profile consumer electronics. Lab126 began in 2004 as a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc., originally creating the best-selling Kindle family of products. Your focus is on projects for an entire group or department, or a major piece of a larger cross-company product or project. Key job responsibilities As the Program Manager, you will collaborate with technical and business team members to create products/features or processes. You are the primary escalation point for project team members. You understand the program’s customers and advocate on their behalf, communicating business objectives to team and stakeholders. You will own and track issues to ensure they are documented, addressed, and resolved.
