- Represent the projects professionally and report key updates, outcomes, and action points to the international team in English.
- Relationship Management
- Arrange and maintain contact with local authorities, ministries, municipalities, landowners, agricultural enterprises, implementation partners, NGOs, and community representatives.
- Help build and manage trusted relationships with on-the-ground partners and stakeholders involved in Green Earth Group’s Ukraine carbon project activities.
- Coordination & Support
- Coordinate local travel, site visits, logistics, document collection, meeting preparation, farmer or landowner meetings, and basic reporting.
- Track and share developments in local media, policy, regulation, agriculture, land use, or community activities that may be relevant to the projects.
- Provide hands-on assistance to ensure timely follow-up after meetings, workshops, field visits, or project events.
- Liaison with Field Activities
- Occasionally accompany Green Earth Group team members, consultants, auditors, or project partners to field locations.
- Capture photos, quotes, short updates, and field notes for internal reporting, project documentation, and marketing or investor communication where appropriate.
- Based in Ukraine, with regular availability to attend meetings, coordinate locally, and support project activities on the ground.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
- Previous experience in administration, project coordination, stakeholder management, external affairs, agriculture, or local government relations is preferred.
- Professional, proactive, and well-organized, with strong follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable communicating with farmers, landowners, local partners, authorities, NGOs, and international team members.
- Ability to travel occasionally to project regions within Ukraine. Travel expenses will be covered.
