Project Description

The project focuses on advancing test automation for LIMS applications in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring high software quality and compliance with regulatory standards. The role includes developing automated tests for UI, APIs, and web services, maintaining CI/CD integration, and managing test data across multiple platforms. It also involves supporting QA processes through reporting, defect tracking, and continuous improvement of testing efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, plan and execute test automation activities in an Agile/Scrum environment;
  • Ensure high quality software and compliance according to regulatory statutes, policies and procedures;
  • Create test automation scripts for UI applications, including Java/.Net/VB, Web Services/APIs and custom-designed automated solutions;
  • Perform manual testing as needed to understand application processes and workflows in order to convert into automated test scripts;

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Computer Science. Clinical Healthcare experience a plus;
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building test automation solutions for UI or service and/or transferrable software development experience;
  • Self-managing with the ability to control the analysis and quality processes throughout the software lifecycle while continuously driving quality into the overall work process;
  • Ability to project, schedule and track assigned tasks or tasks of others; able to determine scope and provide input to manage work effort, project resourcing and risks as required;
  • Solid knowledge in Manual Testing;
  • Understanding of TDD, BDD and Hybrid software development approaches;
