TITLE: Quality Assurance Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Quality Assurance Manager
LOCATION: Remote
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Employee
SALARY: $60,000-$70,000
Career Team is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Supervisor who will be responsible for conducting case file reviews, monitoring data integrity, reviewing and approving payments, and ensuring program compliance with contract requirements. This role identifies deficiencies, supports corrective action, and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement. Work is performed under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager.

- Conduct regular reviews of participant case files to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Federal WIOA/TANF, State, local, and corporate policies
- Monitor data entered into State Systems and other participant management systems for accuracy and timeliness
- Identify deficiencies and trends, document findings, and recommend corrective action
- Support local QA staff in resolving file and data issues to ensure no eligibility issues or disallowed costs
- Lead bi-weekly check-in calls with Program Directors, Regional Directors, and other appropriate staff
- Ability to maintain and update multiple spreadsheets and reporting tools daily
- Monitor quality assurance reports and dashboards and alert Quality Assurance Manager of any discrepancies
- Assist with preparation for and response to program monitoring and audits
- Support the development and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and quality management practices
- Partner with the Training Coordinator to address recurring issues and conduct targeted training with local QA staff
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standard operating procedures and contract and TEGL updates
- Review incoming invoices, payment requisitions, and ACH requests for accuracy, proper authorization, and complete documentation before requests are submitted to management
- Process weekly billing by preparing detailed payment spreadsheets and submitting to management for timely approval and payment
- Identify any missing information, duplicate entries, or mathematical discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, project managers, fiscal) to quickly resolve variances
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling participant information
- Approach each day and task with a positive attitude and a “ZAG” mindset
- Other duties and projects as needed
This position is expected to be a REMOTE position. However, the selected candidate will be required to work during the business hours for their assigned contracts regardless of their physical location.
To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent workforce experience
- WIOA, TANF, and/or SNAP experience in quality assurance, monitoring, compliance, case management, and/or eligibility a must
- Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills
- Must be computer literate with strong MS Excel skills, Google Drive experience and the ability to learn specialized databases and software systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
