We are not looking to recruit to our team. We are looking to attract teams & high-leverage multipliers into the Real Brokerage ecosystem to develop a like-minded network of business associates who share best practices and opportunities.
Your mission is to systematically identify leaders and help them understand the ideas of a new ownership model that benefits their clients, their teams and business profitability.
What You Will Do You will execute a highly targeted, two-part growth strategy.
First, you will architect AI-driven lead generation systems. You will not rely on cold lists. You will use AI and data scraping to identify true multipliers - mega-teams, independent brokerages, and agents who possess deep industry influence and want a different course of business.
Second, you will lead high-level consultative appointments. You will help them understand the business model and tools that could enhance their success.

You know how to read a P&L. You know the exact financial pain points a team leader faces when they do $50 million in volume but keep a fraction of their profit.
You are also fluent in modern technology. You understand how to leverage AI workflows to filter data and initiate conversations at scale. You operate without ego, you do not use high-pressure sales tactics, and you understand that wealthy agents require a peer-to-peer consultation.
