Starting as the primary recruitment marketing contributor, you will have the opportunity to establish scalable processes, introduce automation, and shape the function's long-term strategy. As the team grows, you will also take on greater leadership responsibilities and help develop new talent. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive marketing professional who enjoys experimenting with new tools, making data-informed decisions, and expanding access to meaningful career opportunities throughout Latin America.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with recruitment and talent acquisition stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with hiring priorities and evolving candidate needs. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a marketing manager role, including a minimum of 2 years with people management responsibilities.
