- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Franchise Manager based in the United States. This role supports a network of 18–25 franchise branches across the southern and southeastern United States. You will coach franchise owners and help them implement practical strategies for profitable, sustainable growth. The position combines business operations, financial analysis, sales and marketing, staffing, and relationship management. You will serve as a trusted advisor, identifying challenges and developing proactive solutions across each franchise. The role is highly relationship-driven, requiring frequent communication with franchise entrepreneurs and local teams. You will work within a collaborative environment focused on customer service, shared goals, integrity, innovation, and perseverance. This is a fully remote position with significant travel of up to 70% to support franchise locations and regional activities.
- Accountabilities: As Regional Franchise Manager, you will provide hands-on business guidance and coaching to franchise owners while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Support and coach franchise owners across P&L management, operations, sales and marketing, staffing, purchasing, and accounts receivable. Maintain frequent and meaningful communication with franchisees through team meetings, phone, email, online forums, and in-person visits. Monitor business performance and proactively identify solutions to current and emerging operational challenges. Identify new marketing opportunities and support franchisees in implementing initiatives designed to achieve business goals. Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations and staffing issues. Review financial reports, evaluate business performance, and monitor profitability. Conduct regular compliance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement. Participate in regional peer-group meetings and quarterly webinars. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with franchise owners and local teams. Advise and coach franchisees on lawn care and pest management principles. Support franchise entrepreneurs in developing and executing strategies that improve business performance and help them achieve their goals. Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced multi-unit or territory management professional with strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building capabilities. Minimum 2-year college degree; bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 5 years of multi-unit management experience. Experience in territory management, franchise support, or a comparable consumer services environment. Ability and willingness to travel up to 70%. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of lawn care, tree care, and pest management operations. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong relationship-building and coaching skills, with a genuine desire to help others succeed. Ability to work effectively with business owners and leaders while providing practical guidance and accountability. Experience in the green industry is a plus. Pest industry experience is beneficial.
