  • This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Operations Lead - REMOTE. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the strategic narrative while ensuring operational excellence within the executive team. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to deliver high-impact content and seamless logistics for critical meetings, acting as a bridge between various departments and the Executive Office. Your ability to tell compelling stories and transform complex data into clear visuals will support decision-making at the highest level. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization’s strategic direction.
  • Accountabilities Craft the company's strategic narrative into executive-ready materials. Design high-stakes presentations for board meetings and key events. Draft scripts and talking points for leadership communications. Prepare and manage logistics for executive leadership meetings. Track action items and follow up with stakeholders post-meetings. Conduct research and analysis to inform executive discussions. Align with cross-functional partners to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Requirements 4–6 years of experience in Executive Operations or similar roles. Expertise in Information Design and data visualization. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of professionalism and comfort working with C-suite leaders. Ability to simplify complex strategies into understandable communications. Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
