  • This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior EVP of Sales and Customer Experience - REMOTE. This role is crucial in shaping the strategic vision and leadership of our national sales and customer experience teams. As the Executive Vice President, you will drive economic value and enhance industry-leading customer experiences. You will manage vital relationships with key stakeholders and ensure our customer interactions are seamless and efficient. Your leadership will shape our sales transformation and position us as trusted partners in the marketplace, ensuring sustained growth and innovation.
  • Accountabilities Define and execute the enterprise-wide customer and growth strategy. Build and maintain trusting relationships with executive leaders across key customer bases. Provide executive leadership over the national Sales and Customer Experience organizations. Lead large-scale customer experience and sales transformation efforts. Champion automation and digitization to improve operational efficiency. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the organization. Oversee annual budgets and partner with various departments on strategic initiatives. Ensure the Sales team develops critical skills for professional growth. Support strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiency. Collaborate with leadership to prioritize customer-focused initiatives.
  • Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience required. 15+ years of experience leading enterprise growth strategies with P&L responsibility. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Deep understanding of pricing, commercial terms, and risk management. Proven ability to innovate and generate solutions to business challenges. Experience leading complex initiatives and influencing senior management. Excellent analytic and time-management skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data and numbers. Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. Outstanding communication skills for representing the organization effectively.
  • Benefits Competitive compensation with an anticipated base salary from $300,000 to $350,000.
