In this role, you will have a significant impact on the quality and safety of clinical operations through robust data analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for overseeing event reporting databases and generating essential data reports for both internal monitoring and external quality metrics. Your insights will aid in process improvements that enhance patient care. Collaboration with various healthcare units will be vital, as you will educate teams on data integrity and reporting standards, ensuring a cohesive approach to quality management across the health system.
• Accountabilities Provide technical oversight of event reporting databases. Generate data reports for internal monitoring and process improvement projects. Conduct physician profiling and oversee external quality data reporting. Develop processes for data entry and maintain data integrity. Support data analysis and provide education on reporting best practices.
• Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, health administration, or equivalent. Minimum of four years of experience in healthcare data management. Proficiency in statistical analysis and interpretation of raw data. Experience with statistical software, relational databases, and data reporting tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
