Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker

As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play an important role in helping clients build stability, resilience, and meaningful progress in their mental health journey. Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions for clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure HIPAA-compliant records.
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments when clinically necessary.
• Use evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT in telehealth care.

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license.
• Master's degree.
• Based in Texas.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Experience conducting intake assessments and delivering CBT.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing crisis intervention.
• Minimal hands-on experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Experience delivering DBT.
• Professional fluency in more than one language.
