Remote Mental Health Therapist

LCSW | LMFT | LPC — Wyoming

Employment: Full-Time
Work Model: Telehealth / Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + benefits

Position Focus

We are seeking a Wyoming-licensed clinician to provide individual mental health services through telehealth. The role is centered on ongoing therapy for clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, and other challenges affecting daily life. The clinician will maintain an assigned caseload and have responsibility for the clinical direction of each case, with appropriate consultation available when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned caseload and maintain a consistent appointment schedule
  • Build professional rapport with clients and establish clear expectations for treatment
  • Review referrals and determine whether services are appropriate within your scope of practice
  • Prepare for upcoming sessions by reviewing relevant case information
  • Provide individual psychotherapy based on each client’s presenting needs
  • Conduct risk screenings and respond appropriately to urgent clinical concerns
  • Provide clients with appropriate resources, referrals, or community support options
  • Participate in case consultations, clinical meetings, and team discussions
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation within established timelines
  • Protect client confidentiality across all virtual communications and services

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline
  • Clinical experience providing psychotherapy
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage an independent caseload
