- Demonstrated experience in providing medical nutrition therapy to perinatal and postpartum individuals managing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension or preeclampsia, inadequate weight gain, and anemia.
- Experience serving families eligible for Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC programs.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, including proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques and the ability to provide practical, culturally sensitive guidance with empathy.
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities, such as member visits and messages, in a fast-paced environment.
- Access to reliable home internet.
- Tech-savvy; proficient in using EHR and messaging platforms for documentation and communication.
Nice to haves, but not required:
- IBCLC certification with relevant hospital or outpatient experience.
- Proficiency in navigating and documenting within AthenaOne EHR.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Experience in a start-up environment or strong adaptability to a fast-evolving organization.
Benefits of Contracting with us:
