• Accountabilities Build a high performing team by hiring and nurturing engineering talent. Provide strong technical leadership - drive technical solutioning and building roadmaps. Set aggressive and clear goals for the team, removing all roadblocks to achieve them. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to meet and exceed business outcomes. Drive engineering excellence in processes and systems within the team.
• Requirements BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required. 10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer and technical lead in scalable software. 5+ years of managerial experience building and leading technical engineering teams. Experience in attracting, hiring, and coaching world-class engineers. Strong communication skills to influence and align multiple stakeholders.
