• Accountabilities Manage a team of 70+ individuals, both clinical and non-clinical. Identify future operational needs and translate them into technical requirements. Oversee clinical components across Care Advocacy Services. Communicate effectively with leaders on clinical and operational matters. Partner with product and tech teams to ensure effective technical releases. Facilitate monthly budget reviews and manage operational costs. Promote a culture of diversity and understanding within the team.
• Requirements Strong organization skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced ability to interact with and influence senior management. Significant leadership skill and experience. Strong understanding of healthcare operations. Ability to present information logically and concisely. Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills. Experience building rapport with multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to drive strategy and direction. Strong technical capability understanding across platforms. Experience in change management or organizational behavior.
