This role will play a critical part in ensuring that the marketing organization effectively leverages AI technologies to enhance their operational processes. As a key driver in identifying and prioritizing AI capabilities, you will help create sustainable practices to ensure that marketing operations evolve efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and improve performance, ensuring that initiatives lead to real, measurable business value. Your insights will lead to innovative changes that can shape future marketing practices while maintaining a customer-focused perspective.
- Accountabilities Own the marketing agentic AI roadmap and implement strategies for success. Identify and define priority AI use cases that meet marketing needs. Design and govern marketing processes to enable continuous improvement. Serve as a strategic bridge between marketing teams and technical partners. Establish AI project governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency. Champion change management and promote the adoption of new workflows. Maintain a forward-looking view of emerging AI capabilities.
- Requirements 10+ years of experience in marketing operations with a focus on technology. Proven skills in process optimization and governance in complex organizations. Expertise in utilizing marketing technology stacks effectively. Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or similar. Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical needs. Ability to work in ambiguous situations while driving clarity. Curiosity in exploring new AI technologies and their applications.
