- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Renewals Advocacy Manager based in the United States. As a Renewals Advocacy Manager, you will play a strategic role in strengthening customer retention by leading executive engagement, customer advocacy, and Voice of the Customer initiatives throughout the renewals lifecycle. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will ensure customer feedback is translated into meaningful actions that improve satisfaction and long-term business outcomes. This position combines relationship management, strategic planning, and operational execution to drive measurable improvements in renewal performance. You'll collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Operations while influencing key business decisions through customer insights and executive communication. - Accountabilities: Lead executive engagement initiatives across the renewals organization, supporting strategic customer meetings, Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), executive sponsor programs, and renewal planning. Capture customer commitments, executive decisions, action items, and risks while ensuring cross-functional accountability and timely execution. Coordinate executive engagement plans for strategic enterprise accounts, monitoring progress and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met. Prepare executive-level presentations, customer briefings, business reviews, and leadership communications to support strategic customer initiatives. Own the Voice of the Customer program within the renewals organization by collecting, analyzing, and communicating customer feedback and insights. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to transform customer feedback into measurable improvements in customer experience and retention. Track customer advocacy initiatives, executive commitments, customer sentiment, and strategic priorities while maintaining visibility for leadership. Lead strategic programs that enhance operational excellence, improve customer retention, and strengthen the overall renewals experience. Requirements 8–12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or software organizations. Proven experience working directly with executive leadership, including VP-level stakeholders and above. Strong background managing enterprise customer relationships within Renewals, Customer Success, Customer Advocacy, or Account Management functions. Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive relationship-building skills. Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of enterprise software business models, customer retention strategies, and renewal processes. Analytical mindset with experience leveraging customer insights, NPS data, business metrics, and performance reporting to influence strategic decisions. Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align customer health, business objectives, and operational execution.
