Job Description
As a leader within Headway’s Revenue Operations org, reporting to the Manager of Revenue Processes, you’ll sit at the intersection of systems, strategy, and frontline execution. This role is responsible for ensuring our sales motions are operationally sound, deeply automated, and continuously optimized to drive provider activation.
As Headway scales to deliver high quality behavioral healthcare for millions of people across the country, the complexity of the operational landscape within which we operate has also increased exponentially. To this end, in our journey to build next generation healthcare growth infrastructure, we’re seeking a top tier operator who is at the forefront of implementing AI effectively within our established but still dynamic sales motion.
The Rev Ops Process Lead will be the connective tissue between tools, workflows, and insights – translation go-to-market strategy into scalable, rep-ready execution while ensuring the data those motions generate meaningfully inform the business.
You will:
- Own and evolve core sales processes across our provider lifecycle, ensuring rep motions are optimized, clearly defined, and scalable as headway grows.
- Lead major RevOps initiatives end to end, from problem definition and data analysis through implementation and rollout (ie evaluation and deployment of tools like Attention, Clay, Glean, Claude, and future AI-Native platforms).
- Champion AI and automation across our revenue org, identifying opportunities to reduce manual work, improve rep productivity, and unlock faster, more reliable insights.
- Partner deeply with systems, strategy, enablement, data, product, and sales leadership to ensure tooling and workflow align with business priorities and frontline realities.
- Lead with data, using quantitative analysis to evaluate process performance, surface bottlenecks, and recommend clear - ROI driven improvements.
- Communicate clearly and credibly with senior stakeholders, deliver structured updates, tradeoffs, and recommendations that support our fast paced org.
You’d be a great fit if…
- You have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles within high-growth, operationally complex environments.
- You have hands-on familiarity with AI-powered tools (conversation intelligence, workflow automation, analytics, or internal AI agents) and a point of view on how AI should be applied in RevOps
- You have a strong track record of leading large, cross-functional projects that involve systems, data, and process change
- You are highly data-literate — comfortable using data to diagnose problems, evaluate impact, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You naturally bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that big ideas translate into practical, rep-ready workflows.
- You are an excellent communicator who can simplify complexity, create alignment, and move teams toward action.
- You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are energized by building and scaling new capabilities
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base pay range for this position is $105,400 - $155,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level.

Compensation decisions are made holistically, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks while recognizing individual contributions and potential.
