- Accountabilities: Partner with Account Executives to support the sales process by delivering customized demonstrations and solution presentations aligned with client needs. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary technical contact for prospective and existing customers throughout the pre-sales journey. Conduct market and industry research to stay informed about GRC trends, compliance requirements, and competitive developments. Develop compelling responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals while supporting client meetings, webinars, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations and solution capabilities. Maintain and optimize demonstration environments to effectively showcase platform functionality and business value. Analyze client feedback, campaign results, and sales performance metrics to support continuous improvement and product evolution. Build strong professional relationships within the industry while contributing to strategic sales growth initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales consulting, risk advisory, SaaS solutions, or related client-facing roles. Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including areas such as policy management, hotline compliance, and risk management. Fluent Spanish language skills (native or near-native proficiency) with strong business-level English communication abilities. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. Experience working with AI tools and modern technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement. Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or sales enablement tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Self-motivated, adaptable, customer-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
