Job Description
Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Remote: LATAM ONLY
Salary: $12- $15/ Hourly rate
Schedule: Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM EST. Work 20 hours per week initially (Transition to FULL TIME if performance meets expectations.)
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is eager to kickstart their career in sales and contribute to our dynamic team. As an SDR for a SEO agency, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our innovative digital SEO products and services. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be at the forefront of engaging potential clients and nurturing relationships that are key to our success. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting insightful conversations, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule sales calls with our senior team
- Support outbound tactics like cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email follow-ups
- Help with creative initiatives such as co-hosting podcast episodes
- Assist with sales support tasks that strengthen pipeline growth
- Manage and respond to inbound leads.
- Conduct initial sales conversations with inbound prospects.
- Qualify inbound leads.
- Support the sales pipeline during the 60-day trial period..
- +2 years of proven SDR experience handling inbound sales conversations.
- Strong English proficiency. Written and verbal communication skills. (B2-C1)
- Some familiarity with SEO, paid ads, or web design and willing to learn
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- High responsiveness and availability.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with a passion for sales.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to operate with minimal hand-holding (implied urgency).
- Full sales cycle experience - from contact to close
- Open to work 20 hours a week and in ramp ups full-time (40 hours).
