  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and refine marketing strategies based on customer responses and feedback
  • Call existing customers to offer additional services and identify new sales opportunities
  • Build rapport with clients and demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products and services
  • Refine sales approach based on rejections and objections during calls to continuously improve performance
  • Relevant years' experience in sales, preferably in a telemarketing or sales role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Confidence using tools such as CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
  • Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
