In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and managing strategic customer relationships within the industrial ultrasound and non-destructive testing market. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and ensuring long-term business success across your assigned territory. The position requires a strong hunter mindset, combining technical understanding with commercial execution to expand market presence and grow sales of advanced ultrasound products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define regional strategies, build a robust pipeline, and deliver on ambitious growth targets. This is a highly dynamic role where customer engagement, strategic planning, and technical credibility are essential to success.
- Accountabilities You will be responsible for managing sales performance, customer relationships, and market expansion initiatives across your territory: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers, ensuring strong relationships and long-term satisfaction. Drive sales growth for ultrasound products and services across new and existing clients. Execute direct and indirect sales strategies aligned with regional and global business objectives. Define and implement regional sales plans and strategic initiatives in collaboration with leadership. Build, maintain, and develop a strong sales pipeline using internal tools and processes. Gather customer insights and feedback (Voice of Customer) to support product and service improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, including health, safety, and environmental standards. Monitor market trends and contribute to pricing and commercial strategy discussions within predefined frameworks. Requirements The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with commercial acumen and a proactive, relationship-driven approach: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in industrial or technical environments. Strong experience in industrial ultrasound or non-destructive testing technologies. Proven ability to develop customer relationships and act as a technical consultant. Strong commercial mindset with experience in managing sales pipelines and achieving targets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Fluent English is required; Spanish is considered a strong plus. Self-starter profile with strong problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities.
