Job Summary

We are looking for entry-level and Senior IT Applications Engineers to join a technology-driven team focused on developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting enterprise business applications.

Depending on your level of experience, you will support or lead application development, system configuration, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable technical solutions.

This opportunity is open to professionals with 2+ years of relevant experience, including candidates with 3–5+ years of experience who may be considered for more advanced opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, implement, and maintain enterprise business applications and software solutions.

• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions, application configurations, and software enhancements.

• Support application integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide production and post-implementation support.

• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure application quality and reliability.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with technical specifications and architectural standards.

• Participate in software development and deployment activities following Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, configurations, and implementation procedures.

• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, optimize processes, and enhance system functionality.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Software Development, Application Engineering, Application Configuration, Application Support, or a related field. Candidates with 3–5+ years of experience are also encouraged to apply and may be considered for more advanced opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; 2+ yrs equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.

• Experience in software development, application configuration, implementation, maintenance, or production support.

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including application testing, troubleshooting, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and version control tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• English proficiency and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience working with Salesforce environments as an analyst, support engineer, administrator or developer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, or Vlocity.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Copado, deployment processes, and source code management tools.

• Experience in systems analysis, technical requirements gathering, and application configuration.

• Knowledge of application architecture, integration patterns, and software development best practices.

• Experience working in large-scale, cross-functional, or matrixed organizations.

• Experience creating technical documentation and supporting application enhancements.
