You will provide advanced SAP EWM support, resolve incidents within agreed service levels, and troubleshoot complex warehouse and system integration issues. The position requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical and process-industry requirements, including GMP compliance, batch management, and quality-related processes. You will collaborate with global teams across IT, manufacturing, quality assurance, and business operations to maintain reliable warehouse systems. This is a remote-oriented opportunity with a rotational shift and on-call model, including occasional weekend and holiday support for critical incidents.

Manage batch-related processes, shelf-life requirements (FEFO), quarantine, sampling, and stock-type changes in accordance with Quality Management decisions. Resolve integration issues between SAP EWM and external systems, including RFC queues, deliveries, and IDocs, as well as integrations with PP-PI and QM. Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent solutions through established change-control procedures. Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and validation evidence for system changes and enhancements. Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management practices, along with applicable GxP change-control procedures. Collaborate with global, multi-time-zone teams, including business users, IT, quality assurance, compliance, and other SAP module consultants. Participate in rotational shifts and on-call support, including weekends and public holidays when critical P1/P2 incidents affect manufacturing operations. Requirements: 5–7 years of relevant SAP experience, including strong hands-on expertise in SAP EWM. Experience supporting process-industry environments such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, chemicals, food, or similar sectors. Strong knowledge of SAP EWM inbound and outbound processes, warehouse structures, process-oriented storage control, and the RF framework. Good understanding of batch management, shelf-life requirements, stock types, and EWM integration with Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). Hands-on experience troubleshooting RFC and system integration queues. Experience in at least one SAP production-support engagement; experience with a full-cycle implementation is preferred. Pharmaceutical or biotechnology warehouse experience, including cold-chain and controlled-temperature storage, is an advantage. Exposure to serialization and track-and-trace integrations is beneficial. Familiarity with GMP/GxP requirements and computer system validation is preferred. Working knowledge of PP-PI, QM, and MM modules is an advantage. Experience with SAP WM to EWM migration is beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Engineering. SAP certification in the relevant module is preferred. Valid passport and willingness to travel to client sites for short periods when required. Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions to shop-floor teams, quality assurance personnel, and business users. Strong analytical and root-cause investigation skills, with disciplined documentation practices covering RCA, KEDB, SOPs, and test evidence. Calm, structured approach when handling high-pressure production incidents, supported by a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Flexibility to work rotational shifts and provide on-call support, including weekends and public holidays for critical manufacturing incidents. Benefits: Remote-oriented work arrangement, with the role structured around operational support requirements. Full-time employment. Opportunity to work with SAP EWM in a biopharmaceutical and process-manufacturing environment. Exposure to global teams and mission-critical 24/7 manufacturing operations. Opportunity to contribute to warehouse system reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
