Job Description

What You’ll Do 

NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive hunts, prospects, and engages new clients, develops proposals, and manages the sales process start to finish.  This role serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned territory to increase revenues within the large enterprise space. The expectation is to develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of NetDocuments business, products, our competitors, in the legal tech industry. The Senior Account Executive will report to the Vice President of Strategic Sales. 

The ideal candidate will have experience leading and motivating sales into Enterprise or large accounts. This candidate will have experience establishing and monitoring sales team targets and meet with prospective clients to answer questions about NetDocuments products. 

 

You will: 

  • Build own pipeline 
  • Responsible to hit and exceed revenue quota 
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts 
  • Understand client needs and hunt for new business opportunities 
  • Identify potential customers and set approach strategies 
  • Retain and develop strong and long-term client relationships 
  • Act as the liaison between clients and resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively 
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements 
  • Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement 
  • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met 
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends in the market 
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

What You’ll Need to be Successful 

  • Experience selling legal tech or similar 
  • 7+ years enterprise B2B sales SAAS experience 
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets selling into legal and other related corporate departments  
  • Experienced in leveraging proven enterprise sales methodologies, such as MEDPPICC

Compensation Transparency 

The compensation range for this position is: $130,000-$150,000.00 + Variable              

The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
