- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Lead, Strategy based in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of strategic account leadership and hands-on client execution within a fast-moving digital advertising environment. You will oversee a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, owning both revenue performance and long-term relationship growth. The position involves close collaboration with platform partner teams, particularly within the Amazon ecosystem, to strengthen commercial relationships and unlock new business opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while also managing the operational and technical execution of accounts. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, commercial ownership, and day-to-day account management. It is well-suited for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, consultative environment and enjoys working across multiple internal and external teams.
- Accountabilities: Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, ensuring strong retention, expansion, and overall account health Lead strategic client engagements, including executive-level discussions with C-suite and senior decision-makers Develop and execute pre-sales strategies, campaign analysis, performance reporting, and quarterly business reviews Build and maintain strong relationships with platform and partner teams to generate referrals and new business opportunities Manage internal account operations, including onboarding, RFP processes, and platform/tool utilization Translate client needs into actionable feedback for Product and Partnerships teams to support platform improvements Collaborate cross-functionally with Media Operations, Product, and internal Strategy teams Requirements: 7+ years of experience in account management, account development, or sales, preferably in ad tech or digital media Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and related platforms (Amazon DSP experience is a plus) Proven success managing enterprise accounts and multi-million-dollar client relationships Experience engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders in a consultative, relationship-led environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and advise clients effectively Hands-on approach with willingness to work directly in internal tools and systems Legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred: experience with ad serving technologies, data platforms, revenue expansion strategies, or team mentorship Benefits: Annual base salary range: $140,000 – $155,000, plus quarterly performance bonus 100% employer-covered healthcare for employees and 50% coverage for dependents (medical, dental, vision) Fully remote work environment with home office stipend, internet reimbursement, and wellness stipend Unlimited paid time off Monthly scheduled 3-day weekend Monthly coffee or tea subscription
