Why can’t this role be temporarily assigned to someone else? - This role request at least 5 years' experience in the area of Logistics, Freight Forwarding or ocean carrier/air liner, strong communication skill, strong interpersonal skill, influence skills. This role request demonstrated capability to quickly develop account strategy and propose value proposition to customers for buy off, interpersonal skill and development of account strategy. What would you have to stop doing if this candidate does not start? - We have to focus on existing sellers growth instead of new seller on board recruitment. These activities missing will result in sales KPI and OP2 target failure. Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking some highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us as a Sales Rep -Seller education The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and business background that enables them to successfully identify and onboard opportunities with a high degree of customer obsession. The successful candidate should also be a self-starter that has the ability to problem solve. The successful candidate must be prepared to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment and with cross functional teams, globally. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business partners to identify needs and opportunities, build up multi-channel marketing plan and priorities across appropriate online and offline channels including promotions and events. - Responsible for prospect sales leads generation, focus on seller open day, events, seller training sections, and utilize outsourced marketing selling channels to achieve team goal. - Responsible and target for new sellers on board, active sellers as the team goal. - Responsible for sales leads qualification, filter from suspect to prospect. - Assist new product development on collecting customers insights through focus group, create survey and collect response with all creative tools and channel, internet and relevant seminars, social media to valuable information for supporting new product effort. - Conduct sophisticated data analysis to measure marketing program and campaigns effectiveness and to continuously improve. - Other ad-hoc tasks or assignments. A day in the life - 5+ years' experience in marketing management, training, business development. - Strong interpersonal skill, influence skills and presentable capability. - Excellent communication skills in both oral and written. - Demonstrated capability of understanding customer needs and proposing value proposition to customers for buy off. - Strong ownership, bias for action, and discipline in establishing and improving processes. - A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets. - Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization. - Native Mandarin speaker.
Basic Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
