  • This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst - SAP Commerce Cloud in Canada. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and enterprise technology, focusing on delivering scalable digital commerce solutions built on SAP Commerce Cloud and integrated with SAP S/4HANA. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into robust end-to-end e-commerce capabilities. Working in a fast-paced, global environment, you will contribute to shaping modern digital commerce experiences across multiple systems and platforms. The position involves close collaboration with architects, developers, and business users to ensure seamless integration across SAP and third-party solutions. You will play a central role in defining solution roadmaps, improving system performance, and enabling high-impact commerce transformations. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise projects with strong visibility and strategic importance.
  • Accountabilities: Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP Commerce Cloud solutions. Lead workshops with stakeholders to define business needs, solution roadmaps, and digital commerce strategies. Design and support end-to-end e-commerce solutions, including storefront, back-end processes, and system integrations. Oversee integration between SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless data flow across order-to-cash, product data, and related processes. Collaborate with technical teams to support modules such as SmartEdit, Product Content Management, Adaptive Search, and Order Management. Coordinate integration with external systems including payment gateways, tax engines, DAM, PIM, and marketing automation tools. Promote SAP CX best practices and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in SAP Commerce Cloud environments. Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture, modules, and e-commerce best practices. Proven experience in integration projects involving SAP Commerce Cloud and ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA. Experience working with cross-functional, international teams in agile or hybrid delivery environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering skills. Good understanding of digital commerce ecosystems and customer experience platforms. Nice to have: experience with composable storefronts, web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Java Spring), SEO, analytics tools, and SAP CX solutions such as SAP Emarsys, SAP Customer Data Platform, and SAP Sales & Service Cloud v2.
