Senior Specialty Inspection Expert – Crop, Auction and Rental

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Specialty Inspection Experts in crop assessment, auction grading, and rental or lease return inspections to contribute industry expertise to AI training projects. The role involves reviewing inspection records, analyzing photographs and imagery, and preparing accurate, well-documented assessments. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review field and aerial imagery to assess crop conditions and determine losses according to insurance protocols.

• Evaluate vehicles and equipment for auction or pre-sale and assign accurate condition grades.

• Review rental and lease return inspection records to identify damage and document findings.

• Provide clear explanations and justifications for inspection grades and assessments.

• Collaborate remotely with project coordinators to clarify requirements and address project needs.

• Deliver accurate, real-world inspection insights to support AI model development.

• Contribute expertise in one or more specialty areas: crop, auction, or rental inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in crop insurance adjusting, auction grading, or rental/lease return inspections.

• Strong ability to interpret field and aerial imagery for agricultural or industrial assessments.

• Thorough knowledge of industry grading standards and loss assessment methods.

• Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment using digital platforms.

• Experience across multiple specialty areas is an advantage.
