Analyze utilization, engagement, clinical, and financial data to deliver actionable insights, ROI reporting, and workforce impact recommendations. Drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth by identifying opportunities for program optimization and service expansion. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support long-term partnership success and operational stability. Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, product, operations, and clinical functions to enhance client engagement and service delivery. Serve as the internal voice of the client, influencing operational priorities, product enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Ensure timely and accurate execution of client deliverables, account documentation, reporting, and strategic account planning activities. Navigate complex healthcare and benefits ecosystems involving consultants, health plans, and external partners. Requirements: 8–12+ years of experience in client success, strategic account management, consulting, or healthcare benefits environments. Proven experience managing large, complex employer or enterprise-level client relationships. Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret utilization, spend, and engagement data to drive strategic recommendations. Excellent executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Deep understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem, healthcare programs, or related employee benefits solutions is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success driving retention, client satisfaction, account growth, and long-term strategic partnerships. Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities with experience presenting executive-level business insights and performance reporting. Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex client environments in a fast-paced and evolving organization. Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40% as needed for client engagement and business activities. Benefits: Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and expertise. Fully remote work flexibility within the United States. Opportunity to work with enterprise-level clients and strategic healthcare initiatives. Exposure to a rapidly growing and innovation-driven healthcare technology environment. Career growth and leadership development opportunities. Collaborative and mission-driven culture focused on improving employee wellbeing and healthcare experiences. Travel opportunities to support client relationships and strategic business initiatives. Comprehensive benefits and wellness offerings designed to support work-life balance and employee health.
