Collaborate closely with global sales teams to facilitate timely deal progression and support revenue-generating activities. Develop and improve contract templates, workflows, playbooks, guidelines, and standardization processes across departments. Maintain accurate contract records, reporting dashboards, and SLA tracking to support operational transparency and leadership visibility. Provide contract-related guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Security, Compliance, and leadership teams. Lead or support legal technology initiatives, including CLM tool administration, optimization, integrations, and process enhancements. Coordinate amendments, renewals, and ongoing contractual obligations in partnership with customer-facing teams. Conduct training sessions and office hours to educate internal teams on contract processes and CLM best practices. Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers while supporting broader legal operations initiatives. Stay informed about evolving regulations, commercial practices, and compliance requirements impacting contractual agreements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification or additional legal education is considered an advantage. Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably within SaaS, software, or technology-driven environments. Strong understanding of commercial agreements, contract law principles, and legal risk management. Hands-on experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and supporting legal technology operations. Proven ability to partner effectively with global sales organizations and cross-functional business teams. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in stakeholder interactions and negotiations. Experience managing legal projects, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives. Technical aptitude and familiarity with software integrations and operational systems. Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex contract challenges in dynamic environments. Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build consensus across teams and leadership levels. Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving business environments with changing priorities. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $89,000–$113,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Eligibility for additional compensation components such as bonuses, equity, or variable pay opportunities. Comprehensive healthcare coverage and retirement savings plans. Flexible paid time off and remote-first work environment supporting work-life balance. Career growth and professional development opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization. Collaborative, innovative, and inclusive workplace culture that values employee contributions and continuous learning. Exposure to cutting-edge legal technology and SaaS industry practices. Opportunity to work cross-functionally with global teams and leadership stakeholders. Supportive environment focused on employee engagement, operational excellence, and long-term career advancement.
